Feel Fit in the weight room
This is a registered 7 week class that runs twice a week for 7 week intervals. As a small group, we focus on getting comfortable in the weight room and implement a progressive-overload program for amazing results. Class is fast paced, but lots of fun. Participants also get invited to join a private FB group where we have weekly movement goals, nutrition advice and support.

Mom and Babe class

Due to our previous space no longer being available, mom and babe class has moved to Peninsula Fitness and will now be at 11:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that you can park anywhere that is NOT a numbered stall. (Signs say Tantra Fitness but they are designated for Peninsula Fitness.

Circuit class
Monday and Thursday nights 7:15 - 8:00 pm at Peninsula Fitness. This Is a drop-in circuit training class with a fast paced mix of cardio, weight training and core. Please note that you can park anywhere that is NOT a numbered stall.
