After years of having a negative relationship with food I can finally say I am at peace with what I put into my body. Growing up in a culture where dieting is everywhere it was sadly mind blowing to see what a “healthy” day of food intake looked like for myself. After years of self sabotage and guilt for eating foods that I had told myself were “bad” I no longer feel any guilt around food and food is just food. I eat what my body needs to work, to go to the gym, to hike and to enjoy this beautiful life. Since reciving my meal plan from Krista I have completely changed my view on food and have made peace with certain foods that society has told us is bad.
I now eat food with no harsh judgments on myself for indulging in meals out with friends and I can confiendlty say that I have a healthy outlook on what a healthy but normal day of food looks like for me.

Krista Brewer worked for Rep1 for several years. If she had not left Vancouver we would still have her on the team in our business! Her training style varies depending on the needs and goals of the client but one thing is for certain, it is going to be a quality workout. I love the mom and babe class Krista offers! The routine of working out in a community of mamas in similar life stages has been beneficial for both my physical and mental wellness. I started lightly exercising at 6 weeks postpartum and Krista offered tons of support to help ensure I was able to rebuild the strength needed to safely complete each exercise. I’m now 3 months postpartum and I’m really noticing the gains in strength, balance and pelvic floor health.
