Whether it be in your home or at the gym, I can guarantee an effective workout with individualized programming to suit your personal needs. Small group training
In order to make it more affordable, I allow up to 4 people for a small group training session- thus being more of a group training rather than one-on-one training. You get the benefit of having more instruction than a typical busy fitness class, you still get individual modifications similar to personal training, and the comfort of working out with people you know, all while more affordable when split between all participants opposed to one-on-one. Prices 6 1 hour sessions - $390.00 + $20.00 per person(s) 12 1 hour sessions - $700.00 + $20.00 per person(s) * clients must have similar goals for outcome of the sessions as well as similar fitness levels. Modifications can definitely be made but a beginner and an advanced client may not make the best match for group training.
Nutrition coaching
I offer individualized nutrition coaching with a focus on a sustainable, balanced, and mindful approach to eating that revolves around your own personal preferences and macronutrient needs. Price $200.00 for a flexible meal plan based off your likes/dislikes and dietary preferences or restrictions. This includes an initial online or phone consultation and accountability check-in at 2 weeks and 4 weeks. I also include instruction on how to continue with intuitive eating and/or use an online macronutrient calculator in order to continue on your own with whatever your goals may be.
Nutrition + workout program
I offer the same nutrition package as mentioned above, with the addition of an in-home or gym workout program based on your goals. This includes a 1 time in-person session to go over exercises, as well a video tutorial of yourself doing the exercises to go along with the written program. Price $275.00
Classes
Mom and Babe Class
This class is unique because it is tailored specifically towards the recovery and awareness around pelvic floor and diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal wall) that effects all of us after carrying a child and giving birth. I offer education and smart/safe progressions for getting back into fitness. We work hard, but we also work smart! You are welcome to bring your little one along in a car seat, stroller, pac’n’play, or lay them on a blanket beside you. There is a toy box for babies that are a little older and I spend most of class taking turns holding/ rocking/ making silly faces at babes so that you can focus on the workout. Or come solo for some much needed you time. All fitness levels welcome! I provide modifications for everything if needed and we work off of timed intervals, so you control the intensity. Circuit Class
Circuit class is a combination of weights, cardio, core and stretching. Although it is a fast paced workout, everyone is at individual stations so you are able to control your intensity. All classes will start with a warmup and finish with cool down and stretching. This is a perfect class to get you moving and get results! Class is 45 minutes with additional stretching time at the end. Drop in only - $15
